Porcelain Floral Square Plate

Description

Small square plate crafted with porcelain clay, carved by hand, inlaid with black underglaze, decorated with a colored wash, and finished with a clear gloss glaze. The bottom is a dark, matte green finish and is a lovely contrast to the clean, white gloss glaze. Each piece is unique, with some variation, since every one is created and decorated by hand.

So sweet and versatile–small squares hold a tea bag and spoon, pills or even change; they can serve as individual bread, butter, dipping or prep plates and add a small touch of color and design to any dinner, end or coffee table.

Options: A second is available, no visible marks, wobbly.

Dimensions: 3 1/2′ square with a 1/2′ tall rim.

Fired cone 8 oxidation.
