Description
Every plate is handcrafted with porcelain clay, carved by hand, inlaid with black underglaze, decorated with a colored wash, and finished with a clear gloss glaze. The bottom is a dark, matte green finish and is a lovely contrast to the clean, white gloss glaze. Each piece is unique, with some variation, since every one is created and decorated by hand.?
Two floral dinner plate seconds are available – each has a slight wobble on a flat surface.
Dimensions:
Floral Snack Plate – 5′ in diameter with a 1/2′ tall rim.
Floral Salad Plate- 8′ in diameter with a 1/2′ tall rim.
Floral Dinner Plate – 9 1/2′ in diameter with a 1/2′ tall rim.
Fern Plate – 6 1/2′ with a 1/2′ tall rim. Coordinates with the porcelain floral pieces and are available in their own listing under ‘Porcelain Fern Plate’.
Fired cone 8 oxidation.
